In the words of Whitney Houston, "Crack is wack." However, blacks should not get more time for possessing crack cocaine while others, mainly whites, receive leniency when possessing powder cocaine. Correct us if we're wrong, but cocaine is cocaine, and prison sentences should be equal. Congress somewhat agrees and has passed the Fair Sentencing Act, which helps to narrow the gap between cocaine sentences.
