The Associated Press reports that Jimmy King, former member of the "Fab Five" of the University of Michigan basketball team, has been arrested on a charge of failure to pay child support.

The 38-year-old allegedly owes $17,209 for one child for the period between 2008 and 2011. He was booked in the Oakland County Jail in Michigan on Wednesday night and faces up to four years in prison.

King is the second Fab Five member to have a run-in with the law recently. Jalen Rose was arrested for DUI in early March after crashing his SUV. He pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in May and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Huge success on the basketball court clearly doesn't guarantee the same in one's personal life. Then again, to keep things in perspective, neither does being a member of Congress. Tea Party Republican Joe Walsh is currently being sued for $117,437 in child support, according to a lawsuit, and he doesn't deny that he owes it. Unlike King, however, he has managed to stay out of jail.
