Ex-Negro League baseball player Emilio "Millito" Navarro is being honored as America's Outstanding Oldest Male Worker for 2010 by Experience Works, the nation's largest nonprofit organization training center for older workers. Navarro still keeps the books and controls the finances for the game-machine business he started years ago. Navarro is believed to be the oldest living member of the Negro Leagues. Born in Puerto Rico, he played for the Ponce Lions before leaving to play for the Cuban Stars at age 17. He also played for the Dominican Republic and Venezuela during his professional baseball career. Navarro has been working since he was 12 years old.
