In a new federal lawsuit filed by a New York City woman, Donald Trump is being accused of having raped her in 1994 when she was 13 years old. The woman, known only as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, said she met Trump at parties thrown by an investor.

According to Gothamist, the lawsuit alleges that Trump tied her to a bed as he exposed himself and raped her. The woman said that at the time, she pleaded for Trump to stop. Trump allegedly responded by "violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted,” court papers indicate, according to the site.

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff alleges.

In addition to Jane Doe's allegations, another unnamed woman in the lawsuit says that she was used as a ploy by the investor to lure young girls to the parties.

In a response to the allegations, Trump told Radar Online: “The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated. There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”
