The digital divide is closing. According to a Pew Research Center report, African Americans and Hispanics continue to be among the most ardent users of the Internet on their cell phones. Members of low-income demographics are the fastest adopters of mobile Web technology, which may help close the gap with wealthier populations who overwhelmingly have access to the Web.
