Updated on 9/27/2024 at 12p.m. PT: In news that can only be described as “you’ve got to be joking.” Costco has responded to the claim put forth by Diddy’s lawyer that the disgraced music mogul could have bought the over 1,000 bottles of baby oil for his alleged, sexual “freakoffs” at the store.

In a statement sent to TMZ on Thursday, a spokesperson for the company said that not one of the U.S. locations for the store carries baby oil. A quick search on their site as well as similar wholesale retailers such as Sam’s Club and BJ’s also point to not carrying baby oil in their stores as well.

Diddy’s lawyer addressed the more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil allegedly found in his client’s home, as noted in the federal indictment lobbed against him earlier this month...and yes, it’s completely hilarious.

The shocking allegation stems from a raid that Homeland Security enacted on the Bad Boy Entertainment mogul’s Los Angeles and Miami homes earlier this year. According to U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, who held a press conference about the indictments findings in mid-September, those bottles were allegedly used for Diddy’s “freak-offs” —which were described as planned, controlled and recorded sex performances that allegedly involved male sex workers and a variety of drugs and would last for days.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo addressed the loads of lubricant in a new clip from the upcoming TMZ/Tubi documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment:”

“I don’t know where the number 1,000 came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands. I mean, you know, and I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything...I guess. I don’t know what you need a thousand of them [for]—one bottle of baby oil goes a long way. I don’t know what you need a thousand for. I mean, he has a big house, he buys in bulk. I think he has Costcos in every place he has a home. Have you sat in the parking lot in a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?”

Agnifilo isn’t the only one talking about the bottles. Premiere Diddy Troll 50 Cent has also entered the online chatter and shared his two cents on the matter. In a meme posted to his official X/Twitter account, the G-Unit rapper posted a fake bottle of baby oil with Diddy’s name on it with the caption: “Coming soon! LOL”
