Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in two more lawsuits, rounding out a year full of headline-making lawsuits and federal charges for the disgraced mogul.

One lawsuit, filed in New York federal court, accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting a 23-year-old woman in 2006, after she won a radio station contest to attend one of his infamous New York City parties. According to the lawsuit obtained by USA Today, “LaTroya Grayson alleged she’d attended Combs’ ‘black party’ on Oct. 16, 2006, and woke up in the hospital the next morning with no recollection of the previous night.”

Grayson states in the suit that she and her half-sibling participated in a radio station contest on Tulsa’s 105.3 KJAMZ FM, winning an all-expenses paid trip to one of Combs’ parties in New York City. She believes, per the complaint, she was “drugged, assaulted, robbed with no memory of how she arrived at the hospital as her last memory was being at Diddy’s Black Party.”

The filing reportedly contains photos of purported receipts, plane tickets and even alleged pictures that were taken at the party. She alleges she drank “less than two drinks that were passed around by servers and woke up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center of New York.”

After finding “her shirt was ripped, her underwear was missing, she was not wearing any shoes and the money she had traveled with was stolen” while at the hospital the next day, she allegedly received a call from an “anonymous female” who threatened her against “pursuing Combs for the alleged assault.” This, according to the lawsuit, is how she discovered Combs was allegedly “involved” in the assault.

Diddy’s lawyers have denied the claims in the assault in a statement to USA Today, writing, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs.”

Grayson alleged “negligence, sexual assault and battery and violation of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act,” according to the report. She also accused other defendants, Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment label, Atlantic, the Tulsa radio station, and Delta Airlines, along with Combs, “of participating in a RICO enterprise, claiming they were 100% liable” for Combs’ alleged actions,” per the outlet.

Louisiana Jane Doe

The second lawsuit filed on Friday comes from a Jane Doe living in Louisana, represented by Tony Buzbee, who has filed numerous lawsuits from alleged victims against Diddy, including one naming Jay-Z. Doe accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her in 1991 in the suit, also obtained by USA Today, after meeting at a charity basketball game at New York’s City College. Doe claims to have been invited to the now-infamous event, in which nine people died in a stampede.

Doe alleges she was introduced to the rapper in his makeshift dressing room, where he proceeded to sexually assault her while his bodyguard was on the other side of the door, “standing watch.” She is reportedly seeking “compensatory damages for her injuries and emotional distress, as well as punitive damages for the alleged assault.”

Diddy is denying these allegations as well. In statements obtained by the outlet, his legal team singled out Buzbee’s filings, referring to them as “clear attempts to garner publicity.” The statement then added that Diddy, “has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

As we reported, Diddy was arrested in Manhattan by federal authorities Sept. 16 and is currently being held in jail after being denied bond numerous times. The rapper pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution. His trial date is set for May 2025.
