Diddy is back on Instagram...kind of. The now infamous rapper and producer shared his first post to his Instagram on Monday (Oct. 15) in celebration of his youngest daughter’s birthday.

In the post, Diddy shared a carousel of photos of his 2-year-old daughter Love, including pics of the two of them in the ocean and professional photos of her eating a birthday cake. While comments are disabled on the post, it has garnered over 300,000 likes in less than 24 hours.

Diddy welcomed Love, the youngest of his seven children, with Dana Tran two years ago. Diddy also has Quincy Brown (33), Justin Combs (30), Christian “King” Combs (26), Chance Combs (18), and twin girls Jessie and D’Lila Combs (17). As Billboard reports, it is still unclear as to how the post got up in the first place, since Diddy is still currently behind bars.

As we previously reported, Diddy is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was arrested by federal authorities last month, facing three charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

It has been quite the year for Diddy, as we have reported, with his headline-making arrest coming about six months after federal authorities raided his Los Angeles and Miami homes, and even more months after footage of him assaulting his ex Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura leaked on the internet. Cassie sued Diddy 11 months ago, accusing him of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual battery, sexual assault, and other allegations.

Diddy quickly settled the suit in 24 hours, but numerous other lawsuits have sprouted up in its wake. Diddy is now facing over 100 lawsuits, as we broke down earlier this week.
