Just when you thought the remaining embers of the beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake were starting to fade away, here comes yet another remnant threatening to spark things back up. This latest one...? 50 Cent. I’ll explain.

You see, even though 50 has praised both K. Dot and Drake for their diss tracks (“Euphoria” and “Push Ups,” respectively), thanks to a recently posted photo to his personal Instagram—it appears he’s chosen to align with none other than the 6 God himself.

“Brain storming last night me and @champagnepapi gonna get the [camera emoji] rolling biggest ting on your TV,” he captioned in the post, alluding to a potential forthcoming TV or film collaboration.

In the comment section on his Instagram post, some called out the association, claiming that Drake was the “new Ja Rule.” Others alleged the “In Da Club” rapper made the Toronto rapper return back to his acting roots among many other things:

“Kendrick made Drake go back to wheelchair Jimmy?” wrote one person.

“50 found America’s Top Actor,” said another.

“Kendrick turned Drake back into an actor yo that’s wild,” another wrote.

“Gotta go back to the TV because ‘we don’t wanna hear you say [ninja emoji] no more,’” another comment read.

“Wait I thought he was team Kendrick. I’m confused,” wrote another.

However, there were others who came to 50's defense:

“The Drake hate is real. Wow. Dude is a beast no matter what him and Kendrick got going on. 50 a real one!!!” said another person.

“I know my boy is cooking when he hit the straight face you better be afraid,” wrote another.

“Not going [to] lie Drake just gained some cool points back,” said another person.

Regardless of where he stands, it’ll be interesting to see where this upcoming collab will go.
