Lit. District. | Tuesday, January 26thOn 1.26.16 we're bringing you Lit. District. A celebration of books, booze, and beats. It's a "literary karaoke" of sorts filled with people who love to read and discover new books. There will be drinks, there will be beats provided by @djclevelandbrowne and there will be up to 10 people reading from a book of their choosing based on their interpretation of this month's theme of "Beginnings". It's not quite a happy hour and it's not quite a turn up. It's that place in the middle to chill, kick back, and hear something new from somebody new and talk about a book or two.Hosted by Panama Jackson at the Tap & Parlour, entry to Lit. District. is free with the donation of a new or gently used children's book to be donated to a local charity.
Doors at 7pm. Show starts at 8pm.
