Tom Daschle has asked President Barack Obama to take his name out of the running for human services secretary. The fact that that a few of his picks have retreated is either very good or very bad. Either the vetting process is crazy thorough and vigorous, or Obama makes really bad choices. I'm sick of the coaster ride, f'r Christ's sake. Change is good—but not constant change. I don't have a dog in the race but I want him to make choices that stick. I deserve a president who makes good decisions the first time around. My bookie does—-why not do I expect less from the leader of the free effin' world?
I'm not sure how to call it all the retakes—-what do you think?
