Last month, BET invited Damon to New York City to address the New Black wackness running amok and read an edited version of "Eight Signs You're "Just Black" Even Though You Believe You're "New Black."

While in the city, he also stopped by the Jezebel offices to contribute to a video piece Hillary Crosley Coker was producing about the New Black. (Also featured: Jamilah Lemieux and Judnick Mayard)

All because New Blackness is wack and needs to be attacked from every conceivable angle.
