Damon Dash and his ex-wife, fashion designer Rachel Roy, have been involved in a bitter custody dispute for the last couple of months, but it all came to an end Monday. A judge granted Roy sole legal and physical custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah. Dash had been fighting for full custody.

Both Dash and Roy accused each other of being an unfit parent, and Dash even put his custody issues on full blast on Instagram.
On top of giving Roy full custody, the judge also granted her a three-year restraining order against Dash. Dash is now allowed to see his daughters only during supervised visitation.
Interestingly enough, Dash didn’t bother showing up in court and was Instagramming photos from his last-minute getaway with his girlfriend.
