The university's Health Services division in Iowa City is currently seeking an associate director for education. The position entails overseeing comprehensive college health-education programs.
Responsibilities include playing an integral role in program development, assisting with consultation and training and contributing to strategic planning. Other duties involve setting personnel and budgetary priorities, conducting program evaluations and coordinating health-education functions.
All applicants must have a master's degree in health education or other related field and at least three years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing, implementing and evaluating health-education programs and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
