Jobs2Web in Washington, D.C., is seeking an account executive. He or she will identify, qualify and work with target companies to integrate Jobs2Web into their talent-acquisition strategy and programs.
Key responsibilities will be surveying new account prospects to identify challenges and improvement opportunities; creating a year-one vision for the prospects; meeting or exceeding sales goals; working with the client-services and account-development teams to ensure customer success; and persuasively articulating — on the phone, in person and at marketing events — how Jobs2Web can benefit prospects' needs.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated a commitment to process-oriented selling and a persuasive and engaging presentation, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and motivational skills and the ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
Applicants should also have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing as well as five years' experience in selling $100,000-plus technology-based solutions to Fortune 1,000-equivalent accounts, preferably selling a solution or service within the human-capital-management industry.
