Yesterday, Juana Bautista de la Candelaria Rodriguez of Cuba celebrated what she says is her 126th birthday. She does have a civil registry document listing her date of birth as Feb. 2, 1885, but evidently the paperwork isn't enough for her claim isn't recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records.
But if it's true, this birthday would make her the world's oldest person by more than a decade. At 114 years old, American Besse Cooper currently holds the title.
Official or not, Rodriguez appears to enjoying the heck out of her cake, and her life. We'd like to know her secrets!
