Columbus Short was arrested and taken into custody Thursday afternoon in Van Nuys, Calif. Short had been on the lam since last month, and was living it up in Barbados as he continued to neglect his court appearances.

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles judge upped the ante on Short’s bail from $40,000 to $500,000, after he missed his second court date in a month. Thursday morning, Short appeared in court and was quickly arrested.

But that’s not the end of his missed court troubles. According to TMZ, because Short was arrested Thursday, he missed his criminal court case surrounding a bar fight he was in earlier this summer. The judge presiding over that case issued another arrest warrant with bail set at $250,000.
