It seems as though if it’s not one thing, it’s another when it comes to former Scandal star Columbus Short. On the heels of pleading not guilty to felony battery charges for allegedly being involved in a bar brawl in West Hollywood, Calif., in March, the 31-year-old actor is now accused of violating a restraining order. Short's estranged wife, Tuere Tanee McCall, alleged in court Wednesday that Short violated her restraining order six different times.
TMZ reports that the judge has now extended the restraining order until July 30, while considering a ruling. The restraining order was originally taken out after Short was accused of trying to kill McCall on April 7. Short was also accused of ransacking the home he shared with his wife after the restraining order was placed on him.
Short left Scandal just weeks after turmoil hit his personal life, but many people assumed executive producer Shonda Rhimes let him go because of the drama surrounding his personal life.
Sounds like Short may need Iyanla Vanzant to come in and fix his life.
