CNN Diversity: A Picture's Worth a Thousand Words

(The Root) — In the wake of Roland Martin's firing and CNN's announcement of new hire Jake Tapper as "the face" of the network, there's been plenty of conversation about the network's diversity (or lack thereof). 

But sometimes a picture — like this "Allow us to reintroduce ourselves" ad — is worth a thousand words.
