Fox is gearing up for another huge season of Empire, and not only will it include more episodes, but it will also have more guest stars. The network announced that season 2 will include 18 episodes, up from its original order of 12. So that’s more Lucious Lyon for everyone!
Last season we saw several guest appearances that included the incomparable Patti LaBelle, Snoop Dogg and Mary J. Blige. The second season’s roster of stars looks even bigger. According to Fox TV Chairman and CEO Dana Walden, Chris Rock, Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz will all have roles on the hit show.
For everyone who is feening for Empire’s return, you won’t have much longer to wait. The new season will start in the fall and will have the second half of its episodes airing in 2016.
