Ann Pettway, the woman who kidnapped Carlina White 23 years ago, surrendered herself to the FBI in New York on Sunday. The search for Pettway began after White, who was raised as Nejdra Nance, was reunited with her family last week.

"They arrested her, and it's up to the law now," Elizabeth White, Carlina's grandmother, said of Pettway. "I'm glad they finally got her."

Pettway will appear in court on Monday.
