The violent life of a 2-year-old has come to a tragic end. Berkeley County police believe that they have found the body of Rodricus Williams, a boy who supposedly "fell" into the Charleston Harbor near a popular tourist destination. Police discovered the remains of a 2-year-old wrapped in garbage bags and buried in 400 pounds of concrete under a trash can. Police are still trying to figure out how the boy was killed, but they have arrested and charged his father, Roger Williams, and his father's girlfriend Grace Nichole Trotman with homicide by child abuse. Little Rodricus had previously been seen at a hospital for injuries resulting from abuse. There are no words.
