Even before her rise to fame on the show, Lewellyn was already paving her way through life with a career in fashion and writing. Lewellyn was an accessories editor with Essence and also published her book, Never Pay Retail Again: Shop Smart, Spend Less, and Look Your Best Ever, in 2010.
