Bill Cosby’s Pennsylvania sexual assault trial may have ended in a mistrial, but that didn’t stop another trial date from being set in California for his alleged role in sexually assaulting a teenage girl more than 40 years ago.
Judy Huth, who is represented by Gloria Allred, has accused Cosby of forcing her to perform a sex act on him in a bedroom at the Playboy Mansion around 1974, when she was 15. Cosby’s newest trial date is set for June 2018, according to the Associated Press.
Cosby’s latest court date comes on the heels of the June 17 mistrial on charges that he drugged and molested Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby said that the encounter was consensual.
In total, there are 10 other lawsuits against Cosby, three by women who claim that Cosby sexually assaulted them, and seven by women who have sued for defamation in Massachusetts, where Cosby has a home.
