This is not the first time Bill O’Reilly has ranted about Beyoncé, but this might be his most ridiculous.

The Fox television host decried Beyoncé’s appearance on Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world, accusing the singer of “harming” children, according to the Guardian.

The newspaper reported that the conservative talking head never quite got around to explaining “how” or “what” Beyoncé was doing to cause such “harm,” but that didn’t stop him for essentially blaming her for teenage pregnancy in the African-American community.

“Beyoncé knows that young girls [are] getting pregnant in the African-American community, and now it's about 70 percent [who are] out of wedlock. She should be smart enough to know what she is doing now is harming some children,” O’Reilly said on a recent episode of the Fox News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor.

O’Reilly’s attacks on black music artists are not new. He has criticized rappers Common and Nas in the past.

According to O’Reilly, Beyoncé is just one part of a larger problem with black culture as well as the culture of poverty.

As he told the Guardian: “[There are] cultural deficits … not only [in] black precincts, but in poor, white precincts and Hispanic precincts with unsupervised children … Beyoncé is part of that problem.”
