From "Candy Girl" to "Mr. Telephone Man," the members of New Edition left their mark on R&B music at an early age. And in the recently released trailer for BET's The New Edition Story, it seems like no stone has been left unturned in telling the story of the boys from Boston.
Empire’s Bryshere Gray stars as Michael Bivins and R&B singer Luke James plays Johnny Gill. Woody McClain, Elijah Kelley, Keith Powers and Algee Smith star as Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Ronnie DeVoe and Ralph Tresvant, respectively.
The New Edition Story doesn't premiere until 2017, but it may be worth the wait.
