CoverGirl is definitely stepping up by having all sorts of women repping its brand. In addition to Queen Latifah, Sofia Vergara and, most recently, Issa Rae, Ayesha Curry, the wife and rib of Golden State Warrior Steph Curry, will now be a face of CoverGirl, too.
Ayesha Curry has been a mainstay on the scene, since she is usually rooting for her man from the stands, but also because of her blog and her cooking show on the Food Network, Ayesha’s Home Kitchen.
“My philosophy is all about seeking joy and creating balance in life,” Ayesha stated in a press release, E! reports. “I’ve shared a lot about how I do this with food, family and faith, and now, through my partnership with Covergirl, I want to share how makeup helps create those moments of happiness, confidence and self-expression.”
E! reports that Ayesha will kick off her debut line with Peacock Flare Mascara, a brand-new product.
Looks like Ayesha Curry’s keeping all bases “covered.”
