I thought I was the only one who experienced that lol. Nigerian mamas always coming with the truth.

Just 1 notch? Gotta agree with the OP, the new pic is amazing :)
Roll down the window as you drive by and ask when they are going to apologize for the war crimes in Algeria.
I NEVER answer the door (or phone if I don’t know the number). It’s just asking for trouble. If my husband is home and wants to deal with the door that is fine but if I don’t know for sure you are coming over, there is no way in hell I’ll answer the door. I’ve literally been sitting on the chaise, in front of the…
whoa! please update us if more happens, because that is crazy pants!
Can we talk about this new profile picture? It’s so fabulous, I am tempted to ask if this is the influence of The Glow Up. Either way, you look amazing!
I know this is not going to be a popular post but this is why I have several guns and have taught all my daughters and wife to shoot. While they know enough look at the camera’s on their phones before they answer the door and to call the cops if someone won’t go away that does not stop someone for breaking the door…
Yesha, I’m wondering if you’ve contacted legal counsel about this matter. Yelp has a responsibility to ensure that the people it crowdsources its reviews from are not put in any harm or danger based on their review, no matter how negative or untruthful it may be (I’m not saying your review as untruthful in any way—I’m…
That is horrifying. Stay safe and I hope the restaurant doesn’t bother you again.
I don’t get the guy’s game plan at all. “Huh, someone left a less than perfect Yelp review; I know, I’ll just go to their home in the middle of the god damn night, angrily knock on their door, blow up their voice mail, and get this whole mess sorted.” Is this maybe some cultural misunderstanding that I’m not parsing…
What blows my mind here is a person who thinks ‘this customer left a bad review of my restaurant on Yelp, so i should go to their house at 10pm, ring their doorbell and call them repeatedly to come outside and discuss it.” is a solid course of action that cannot possibly backfire in any way.
Holy Fucking Shit ! That is like a horror movie setup if I ever heard one. If they ever add a definition for “Super fucking shady, like, beyond shady” to Merriam Webster, it should just be this story.
It’s not delivery, it’s de-stalking™
I wouldn’t have answered that door at noon under those circumstances lol. Might have texted the number back a “Please leave and text back” as I’m a mute. But randomly showing up at your house? That’s all kinds of “NOPE”.
Don’t even dignify these people with a response. If you had opened the door and been injured in any way they’d be the first ones asking “why the hell did she open the door in the first place?” Deep eye roll.
I can’t believe anyone is defending this man! Sorry, this happened to you. I had something similar happen to me and it was really scary. I ended up deleting the review.
HAHA fantastic read. Good for you! Who the hell shows up at 10pm to discuss the lack of lettuce on a soggy hamburger. Styrofoam containers are soo bad for soo many reasons.
That’s creepy. You can’t answer the door and shouldn’t have to. That’s not part of the review
Leave a verbal response on a review, sure, but why the fuck does ANYONE think it’s appropriate to track somebody down and call them or come to their door? How on earth does trying to scare... I mean encourage someone to change their review bring good business?
Holy crap! Unbelievably intrusive. I would have been so freaked out.
