Only a white man could get out of obstruction of justice charges by obstructing justice.

What’s interesting is that this lawsuit was brought by white people who do not reside in the Southside. I went on a Google journey after reading an article about this issue and ‘Protect our Parks’. I found the Twitter account of the main guy leading the legal opposition to this and quelle suprise--he’s a Republican.

Ugh, gag me. We could tell this was what they were trying to do, and it was trash. Even his explanation is try-hard. The way this writer speaks explains why Nola is so insufferable.

Good point. Not to mention she’s part of the #TimesUp movement!

Yep. I feel the same about those ‘diversity’ and ‘tolerance’ trainings often put forward as the solution after a teacher calls one of their students the n-word. Like, come the fuck on.

Do you know who made those texts? I want to share the image but with credit if there is someone to be credited.

If you can’t believe it, you’ve never been a Black girl in a Matriarchal Black family who’s been victimized by a Black male in that same family. Black women support Black men over other Black women ALL the time, ESPECIALLY when it comes to issues of domestic abuse or sexual assault.

This has turned me off completely from watching The Chi, which is a bummer because I think it is excellent television. And Lena’s lack of a decent response about why she dropped the ball so egregiously for another Black woman, while bragging about her TimesUp credentials, is also turning me off from her. I wonder if

Thank you so much for this lovely comment <3 I wish the same for you sis!

I get this. To be honest, someone calling me ‘strong’ has started triggering tears for me at this point in my life because it forces me to remember all the things that forced me to be strong—and they started when I was a little black girl. Especially since I’ve been making strides in therapy recently through

Their stuff was cute but waaaay too expensive.

Reminds me of how I felt when Sarah Huckabee got asked to leave that restaurant and white liberals, including former Obama cabinet members, were falling over themselves to compare it to Jim Crow. I call it the Audacity of Whiteness:

Wow, you’re a piece of shit. I sincerely hope you one day have a gun drawn on you, and then 8 more guns drawn on you at once, so you can speak from personal experience about how that isn’t assault.

The original commenter is like the white guy in the building in question who sat in his apartment watching this entire scene, filmed it while saying ‘this is so crazy, they are pulling guns on him just for picking up trash even though he lives here’, and did not take one step out of his apartment to say something. He

Yea, I visited Boulder for the first time on 4/20 this year. The first restaurant I sat in, a kind white lady introduced herself to me and welcomed me to town. Two seconds later a white couple walked in wearing jackets with confederate flag imagery and Make America Great Again hats and sat at the table right across

Thank you for standing up for your sons’ humanity.
