To be “fair”. They thought they were slick and dismissed criminal charges first. THEN the internal investigation came to the conclusion that the shooting was unjustified.

Technically yes, you are right, but this is the first to be shown in an actual theatre. Re my third/fourth paragraph: “The screening will mark the first time a film has been publicly shown in a theatre since cinemas were banned in the early 1980s due to ultra-conservative religious standards”

Yeah. But her argument is that they didn’t fire her for a moral reason, but because they were fearful of retaliation from the government (further amplified by the fact that they failed to terminate another person caught up in a political argument online)

Last time I checked his attorney was S. Lee Merritt, who has worked in a lot of other similar cases. I can’t say how these charges are going to turn out though, but Merrit has spoken out strongly against them.

If I remember correctly they were all charged with malicious wounding, which is a felony. Not quite sure about the prosecutor though.
