It’s not that it’s too brutal to print; it’s that no corpse has been found yet so he can’t be charged with murder (yet). But the blood found in his apartment, along with the laundry basket, bleach, gas can etc. point towards the idea that he disposed of a corpse. As of right now, they can’t prove he murdered her...but…

How is being arrested, jailed, and going through two years of hell for something you didn’t do “getting it right”? Getting it right would be “was pulled over for a broken taillight, given a citation to get it fixed in 10 days, and sent on his way”.
