Tony Buzbee hasn’t had a break since he started representing alleged Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accusers. A civil lawsuit against Diddy and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter— alleging the rappers raped a 13-year-old Jane Doe in 2000— has gotten messy over the weeks. Ironically, the Texas attorney is now facing a Jane Doe of his own in a new lawsuit against him.

In the suit filed in New York Supreme Court on Thursday (Dec. 19), Jane Doe alleges she met Buzbee online in 2018, according to PEOPLE. The filing claims Doe and Buzbee had dinner before Buzbee booked the two of them a room at a five-star hotel. The woman then alleges the two had sexual intercourse, but everything went left when Buzbee allegedly didn’t tell her he had a venereal disease, which was not named in her filing.

Doe’s filing, reviewed by the magazine, continued saying she allegedly began to “feel uncomfortable sensations around her groin” following their date, and after getting tested, a doctor confirmed she had a sexually transmitted infection (STI).

The woman allegedly told Buzbee about her diagnosis, but he did not “appear shocked and allegedly apologized,” according to the magazine. Doe is claiming Buzbee knew he had the STd but did not disclose the information to her. In fact, the accuser said Buzbee allegedly offered to give her free legal advice in exchange for her silence on the matter. Eventually, Buzbee began representing the woman in a divorce case in 2021, according to TMZ.

Doe and Buzbee allegedly continued having relations after her diagnosis, but on one of the couple’s trips to New York City, she claims Buzbee assaulted her with a champagne flute, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The woman claims Buzbee flew into a “fit of rage” and allegedly pushed a champagne flute into her face, which even chipped her tooth. She claims to have medical and dental records to proving the injuries.

In response to the violent allegations, Buzbee told TMZ in November it was all “crazy fiction.” He continued saying, “I would ask if the lawyer bringing this silly case is friends with a lawyer from the firm that brought the other [extortion] case. All this will be exposed soon.”

Doe is suing Buzbee for legal malpractice, violation of judiciary law, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation and tortious interference, according to PEOPLE. The lawyer took to Instagram and said the lawsuit is “frivolous, laughable and ridiculous and will be dismissed along like the others.”

With tensions rising between Buzbee and Jay-Z, the lawyer continued saying this alleged “smear campaign” against him can all be traced back to Diddy and Jay-Z. “The conspiracy to discredit me and intimidate me from pursing claims in the Diddy litigation has at this point, become criminal,” he wrote on instagram.

In response, Roc Nation released a statement on X denying the claims. “We are not the source of every sunlight you get but Roc sunshine is coming your way Mr. 1800. Shameful,” the statement wrote.
