Damon “Dame” Dash’s life just got a little more complicated. On top of recently being denied custody of his two daughters, Dash must pony up $342,000 to avoid being arrested on a warrant.
New York Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper filed the warrant Wednesday after Dash failed to appear in court with ex-wife Rachel Roy.
The $341,999 is the amount Roy says Dash owes her, which includes child support, tuition, camp fees and mortgage payments.

According to the New York Daily News, the judge is requesting immediate payment or Dash will end up behind bars.
Not showing up in court seems to be a common practice for Dash. He also didn’t show up in a California court during his custody hearing and subsequently lost his case.
