Fresh from our "Is it them or is it really us?" file, Bossip is reporting that Andrake Kelley, a 15-year-old Ohio boy, has died from injuries suffered after his brother Andrew Kelley, 16, shot him in the head following a dispute inside an Apple Store. Witnesses report that an argument ensued between two groups of teens in the store, located in an outdoor mall in Columbus, Ohio. The argument moved outside of the store when the incident took place.

Witnesses say the victim's brother pulled out a gun and started firing shots in the air when Andrake was hit. Police will not comment on whether Andrew intended to shoot his brother. Police charged Andrew with a delinquency count of felonious assault earlier this week when Andrake was still alive.

Police now say that prosecutors will consider amending the charge, given his brother's death. Andrew was held in juvenile detention Thursday awaiting a March 4 court appearance. Franklin County Assistant Prosecutor Dennis Hogan said he filed a motion seeking to have the teen tried as an adult. Two lives wasted, and at the hand of what should have been his brother's keeper. There are no words.
