Legal pressure is once again coming down the Sean “Diddy” Combs pipeline, with legal documents being sent to his Miami mansion. But this time, the documents are not for the mogul himself.

Diddy’s son Christian Combs was reportedly served legal paperwork at the mansion, according to an exclusive In Touch report. The documents come from his accuser, Grace O’Marcaigh, who filed a lawsuit against the rapper’s son alleging assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

O’Marcaigh worked on a yacht Combs chartered for a family occasion in December 2022. The lawsuit says she believed the other employees were sex workers, and she says she was exposed to a series of unlawful drug use, sex work and “general chaos.”

At some point during the event, the lawsuit says O’Marcaigh came upon Christian, who made “very inappropriate” advances toward her. Christian allegedly tried to pressure her into drinking with him in a music studio. He then allegedly grabbed O’Marcaigh’s arm, hurting her, and forced her into a seat beside him.

O’Marcaigh allegedly asked to return to the kitchen but her requests were ignored by Christian’s demands for her to drink. In fear, she complied and took more shots of tequila. However, the suit says she quickly realized the drinks were drugged. Later that day, the suit alleged Christian cornered O’Marcaigh in a room and became “physically aggressive.”

O’Marcaigh accused Christian of groping her before taking off his clothes and exposing himself to her. The suit says he then allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex on him, which ceased when another yacht employee walked into the room. The suit says she tried to tell the captain the following morning but they failed to investigate the incident and assumed she consented to partying with the guests.

Meanwhile, Christian’s father faces over dozens of lawsuits featuring similar claims of sexual assault, violence and threats. He’s also facing federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty, and was denied bail three times. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.
