According to Deadline, after an investigation into sexual assault allegations leveled against him, Warner Bros. issued the following statement, released on Wednesday:

“The company has investigated the claims made into Mr. Calloway’s conduct and he and the company have mutually agreed to part ways.”

It is unclear when the decision was made.

In February, the 106 & Park alumnus was suspended after Warner Bros. launched an investigation “to determine whether there had been any misconduct by Mr. Calloway on Extra and whether any employee of the show had been the victim of any such misconduct,” according to a statement released by the company at the time. “To date, we have found nothing to suggest that Mr. Calloway has ever engaged in workplace misconduct.”

Calloway maintained his innocence and shortly thereafter released a statement of his own:

As I have maintained from the beginning, these allegations are not true. When I was first notified about these allegations by law enforcement more than a decade ago, I fully cooperated from the beginning and the case was dismissed.”

But after 14 years with the show, and a second round of sexual assault allegations in December forced Warner Bros. to dig deeper into Calloway’s conduct, Warner Bros. made the decision to part ways.

Calloway has yet to publicly comment on his exit.
