The former Bad Boy rapper has spoken to New York Hot 97 radio host Angie Martinez, and informed that his fight to not be deported to Belize, where he was born, isn't looking too good. Apparently, Shyne's legal team, and Harvard Professor Charles Ogletree's pleas to keep the rapper in New York (where he was raised) is falling on death ears. They're now urging fans to continue to write to Governor Patterson's office for Shyne's pardon.

Somewhere, Barrington Levy is lighting an aerosol torch in Shyne's honor.
