The marketplace will boast 77 new health insurers for consumers to pick from beginning Nov. 15 through Feb. 15, 2015. Of course, the administration is targeting those Americans who are still uninsured, but will also focus on the 7.1 million individuals already insured, who will be encouraged to update their applications to get the best deals for their needs.

Most people who enrolled the previous year have until Dec. 15 to update their plans or else their current plans will automatically be renewed on Jan. 1 of the new year.

Of course, the big question floating around the media space is whether the website will function better this year after the backlash caused by the initial launch last year.
