Ethan Couch, the wealthy Texas teen whose deadly drunk driving killed four people, may have landed himself back in trouble after a video surfaced allegedly showing the now-18-year-old laughing over a game of beer pong, WFAA reports.

According to the report, Twitter user @BlondSpectre posted a video that the user claims depicts the teen, who was given probation after a judge showed leniency because of his “affluenza.”

“ya boy ethan couch violating probation. i got more if u want,” the user tweeted, tagging the city of Burleson’s and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office Twitter handles.

In the video, a young man can be seen poised to throw a pingpong ball into a stack of plastic cups, before leaping on the table and bringing it down. The screen pans to show another young man, the one who people are claiming is Couch, laughing and clapping at the antics.

The Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office is taking the report seriously, with juvenile-court prosecutor Riley Shaw telling WFAA that the office is investigating and wants to hear from anyone who has knowledge of the video.

Couch was virtually slapped on the wrist after being sentenced to 10 years of probation after his drunken wreck. Part of his defense was his “affluenza”: He claimed that as a rich kid, he was never taught consequences for his actions. Part of Couch’s probation agreement was not to drink alcohol.

WFAA notes, however, that legal experts have said that even if it is Couch in the video, it is not necessarily hard evidence of a probation violation.
