Boxer Adrien Broner just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

Just last week, cryptic messages were posted to Broner's Instagram page alluding to his being suicidal. If Broner posted those messages, he appears to be doing better, with footage of him working out with longtime friend-turned-foe-turned-friend again Floyd Mayweather.

According to TMZ Sports, Broner was cited for misdemeanor battery after allegedly choking a waitress at a Las Vegas nightclub and spouting, "Bitch, I will knock you out," allegations that Broner strongly denies.

Vegas police arrived at Drai's nightclub around 3:30 a.m. Sunday after a waitress claimed that Broner assaulted her. TMZ reports that cops spoke with the woman and a witness who corroborated her story. After police spoke with Broner, they issued him a citation. The woman didn't require medical attention, and Broner was not arrested.
