In the process, the couple has also amassed an impressive real estate portfolio, which includes lavish California properties, modern New York City condos, and other expensive homes that most people could only dream of.

Here is the impressive real estate portfolio of Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

In 2017, the couple purchased this 12,000-square-foot home in the Hamptons that’s near the Georgica Pond. When the couple is not busy going on a worldwide tour, this is a good place they can relax.

Jay-Z and Beyonce became the real king and queen of Bel Air when they bought this 30,000-square-foot mansion for $88 million in the summer of 2017.

Shortly after getting married in 2008, the couple bought a mansion at Miami’s Indian Creek Island for $9 million. The exclusive island is home to many other wealthy billionaires and celebrities.

In 2014, the couple rented this Los Angeles property in the Hombly Hills neighborhood for $150,000 a month. Unfortunately, Jay and Bey had to pack their things after it was sold in 2015.

Although Hov and Bey never bought this home, they spent a pretty penny renting. In 2012, the couple rented the vacation home for $400,000 a month. The 31,000-square-foot property has 12 bedrooms, a tennis court, a rock climbing wall, and even a half-pipe for skateboarding.

Hov rented this penthouse in Time Warner Center for $40,000 for a couple of years. The 5,000-square-foot penthouse overlooked Central Park and featured a fish tank that hung from the ceiling. In 2018, it was sold for $31 million.
