Oprah Winfrey is feeling good about the sobriety prospects of new mentee Lindsay Lohan this time around, the Los Angeles Times reports:

The talk-show-host-turned-OWN-CEO appeared live on"Good Morning America" Tuesday and shared some insight during the morning show's discussion panel.

"That was really a great interview," Winfrey said of her "in-depth" talk with the troubled starlet, who completed her latest 90-day stint in rehab last week. The interview will air on Winfrey's OWN Aug. 18.

Lohan will not only appear in the OWN interveiw, she's also signed on for an eight-part documentary series that will air in 2014 …

As for Lohan's condition, Winfrey said she was pleased with the headway the 27-year-old "Mean Girls" star was making after years of addiction struggles and run-ins with the law.

"I thought that she was in the best place I've ever seen her, but I haven't seen her since I think 2009 or '06 or something," Winfrey said.

At Oprah's recommendation, the 27-year-old actress reportedly canceled an upcoming trip to Europe to focus on her sobriety and her upcoming series, a source told US Weekly. "She is doing everything Oprah tells her to do," the source said.

Everything? Wow. What could that include besides canceling international travel?

Well, in 2008, Robyn Okrant aimed to follow every piece of advice Oprah offered on her show, her website and her magazine, documenting her story in Living Oprah: My One-Year Experiment to Walk the Walk of the Queen of Talk. Here are seven mandates she (indirectly) received from Winfrey that provide a decent starting point for wild speculation about the advice Lohan might find herself following besides "live your best life":

1. Wear leopard-print flats.

2. Eat turkey burgers.

3. Buy chairs.

4. Adopt a pet from a shelter.

5. Declutter your home.

6. Do hands-on philanthropy.

7. Reduce your carbon footprint.

Not a bad start for anyone. But seriously, let us know in the comments what you think the Queen of Talk will actually want from Lohan (aside from ratings). Plus: Any predictions about the upcoming Aug. 18 interview?
