Four young men in Alabama were arrested Tuesday following a Sept. 30 attack against Brian Ogle, a 17-year-old high school student who supported police and “Blue Lives Matter” on social media, the New York Daily News reports.

Brian was reportedly attacked after a Sylacauga High School football game, according to AL.com. Brian, who suffered serious head injuries, had posted his support for police in response to students who were wearing Black Lives Matter T-shirts. All of the suspects—Daveon Nix, 20; Quartez Walker, 20; Bobby Brown, 19; and Noah Grant Ealy Jr., 18—are former students at that high school.

According to the Daily News, police believe that the attack may have been racially motivated; the victim is white and all four suspects are black.

Brian's mother, Brandi Allen, was not satisfied with the assault charges brought against the suspects.

"They should have been charged with attempted murder, by all means," she said. "They'll probably be out on bail tonight."

Bond for each of the suspects ranges from $15,000 to $20,000.
