Houston attorneys announced earlier this month that they were representing over 100 plaintiffs who had evidence to file a sexual assault lawsuit against rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The first batch of lawsuits just came in and the accusations are just as bad as you think they are... if not, worse.

Tony Buzbee said in an Oct. 1 press conference he was representing 120 individuals — men and women — who claimed to have been sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs. Some alleged victims claimed to be minors at the time of the incidents. Out of the pool, seven anonymous plaintiffs had their lawsuits filed Monday, per court records.

Two of them, women, alleged they had some terrifying encounters with Combs

Jane Doe - 1995

One Jane Doe claims that back in 1995, she attended a promo party at Elks Plaza in New York City for Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video. While dancing with friends, the suit says Combs approached her and asked to speak with her privately. He allegedly took the plaintiff to a bathroom and began “unexpectedly” kissing her. The suit says she felt uncomfortable and told him to slow down but Combs became more aggressive.

The lawsuit says Combs violently struck her and slammed her head against the wall. He then allegedly hit her again, making it impossible for her to move. The suit says he lifted her dress and raped her on the floor. Before leaving the bathroom, the lawsuit says he allegedly told her, “You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear.”

Jane Doe - 2004

Another Jane Doe accused Combs of molestation, rape and assault. The suit says, back in 2004, the then-19-year-old received an invitation to Combs’ photoshoot across the street from her college campus. Afterwards, she and her friends were invited to a “exclusive party” at a hotel.

There, the suit claims the girls were snatched away from the group of attendees into a room with Combs. The suit claims Combs attempted to feed the girls alcohol and cocaine before forcibly and aggressively touching them without consent. He then threatened to have them both killed if the plaintiff’s friend did not perform oral sex on him. After the girl complied, he then forced the plaintiff to take her clothes off, the lawsuit says. While sexually assaulting her, the suit says her friend fled the room as the security guard briefly opened the door. When Combs got off of her, she said the security guard made her wait in the dark room alone until she received a signal to leave, per the suit.

Combs is now over a dozen sexual assault lawsuits deep on top of facing federal sex crime charges. He’s pleaded not guilty to the three-count indictment and was denied bail three times. He’s set to go to trial in May of 2025.
