Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen may have thought she was ready ... but she wasn’t. She appeared in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee and claimed she did not know that Norway was predominantly white, and tried to save President Donald Trump’s statement about wanting more immigrants from there. She had the gall to say, “We’d like to have those with skills who can assimilate and contribute.” (As someone who is an immigrant from a “shithole” country, I and others who come here are already skilled and ready to contribute.)
Anyway, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) destroyed what was left of Becky’s smirky attitude after Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) roasted her. Watch the video above ... lawdamercy.
