Former President Donald Trump has spewed so much dumpster fire untruths that various news outlets and organizations had to pull an analysis to track his lies over the years.

The list of things he’s lied about goes on from criminalizing immigrants, spewing harmful stereotypes about every nonwhite group in America, giving misleading information about the COVID-19 virus to proclaiming the 2020 primary election was stolen from him. Between The Washington Post, PolitiFact and many more —Trump’s been caught in more than 3,000 lies to date.

Though seemingly silly on the surface, Trump’s lies are not only false but dangerous because there are more people than we realize who believe his words as Bible. That said, here’s 17 of his most bogus claims.

To be honest, we’d be here all day if we had to list all of Trump’s “stolen election” claims. According to an Associated Press review of the votes, there was no evidence found that the states he lost factored in votes from imaginary people. Biden won fair and square by a margin of 74 electoral votes per CNN.

Trump’s comment about guns was made December 2020, an attempt to discredit those who questioned the the Second Amendment because of mass shootings concerns. Per WashPo, Biden never suggested gun laws mean taking guns away from their rightful owners. He campaigned on more thorough background checks and banning regular Joe Shmoes from owning assault-style rifles.

In his seemingly obsessive tirade against former President Barack Obama, Trump falsely claimed in a foolish conspiracy that Obama put a wiretap on him following a meeting Obama had with the FBI in 2017 to discuss the transfer of classified information to the incoming national security advisor, per WashPo. Trump translated this to treason (?????).

“For 47 years Joe Biden viciously attacked black Americans. He called young black men super predators all the time.”

1996: Hillary Clinton on “superpredators” (C-SPAN)

Umm... did he though. I mean, we would’ve been all over that if that was the case. Trump was mixing up Biden for Hillary Clinton who used the term “super predator” in a speech referring to those who would be targeted by the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act that essentially waged war on young Black Americans. Quote correctly, Trump.

Wrong again. In another sloppy attempt to paint illegal immigrants from Mexico as senile criminals, Trump falsely touted these folks emerged from insane asylums. No, sir. They quite frankly came from the southern border, according to PBS. You know, where he tried to build that wall?

Small?!?!?!? Even though he was hiding in the confines of the White House, Trump knew damn well that crowd was not small. According to Capitol Police, there were over 250,000 people who showed up on Jan 6. Also, authorities confirmed (multiple times) that these rioters were not given a red carpet entrance into the building. Hundreds of videos show them breaking windows and beating down doors to get inside.

“If you look at Martin Luther King, when he did his speech, his great speech, and you look at ours, same real estate, same everything, the same number of people, if not, we had more. They said he had a million people, but I had 25,000 people.”

*Face palm* Trump then wanted to claim his “Stop The Steal” Rally turnout was being larger than Dr. Martin Luther King’s March on Washington crowd. While Trump saw 53,000 supporters show up, per USA TODAY, King drew 250,000. Don’t compare where you don’t compete.

He could at least try to make his lies make a little bit of sense. Abortions don’t count for children who are... born. For clarification, no state opposing abortion laws have made it legal to kill children after birth.

Trump only slammed the media for being “fake news” when he got called out on his bull. As long as you’re not Faux Media, consider yourself fake and unfair in his eyes.

Oh yeah? Then why did he spend majority of his presidency twiddling his thumbs on Twitter with the caps lock on? Also, he received open support from Elon Musk just upon the transition of him taking over the platform which is now X. Musk even reinstated his account after it got banned. Boy bye!

Riddle me this... what’s a Black job? During his shameful interview at NABJ’s conference this summer, he defined a Black job as “anybody that has a job.” For clarification, no evidence suggests undocumented immigrants are pulling Black employment rates down, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In reference to his tirade against former President Barack Obama and whether he was born in the United States, Trump put his “birther” suspicions to bed by using Clinton as a scapegoat. “President Barack Obama was born in the United States, period,” he said like a mic-drop moment at the end of a rally.

Trump: McCain Not a ‘War Hero’

Oh yeah? So, why in 2015 was Trump flapping his jaws in a clip saying he didn’t like McCain after he lost the primary to Obama because he “didn’t like losers?” He makes it so easy to catch him in a lie.

This is some BIG talk coming from a man who defiled the Christian Bible by publishing another one with his own nationalist, MAGA spin on it. However, Biden, the dedicated Catholic, goes to mass regularly, just held a prayer the National Prayer Breakfast at the White House a few months ago and has never, to date, implied being against the Bible or the constitutional right to freedom of religion.

While addressing the NABJ convention this summer, Trump pulled this stupid comment out. What do you mean “happened to turn Black?” How many times do we have to explain where she gets her color from?! Harris’ mother was Indian and her father is Black Jamaican. End of story. Move on!

Trump was so desperate in 2020 to push this “radical woke” politics narrative that he took to claiming the left influenced stores to stop celebrating Christmas. I don’t know about y’all but I had no trouble locating the holiday decorations.
