Conversations about tragic incidents are never easy. Many of the discussions center on the feelings of grief, hopelessness and concern that spring up with any random act of violence, and yesterday’s conversations followed suit. But upon hearing that the shooter, Aaron Alexis, is black, some took the opportunity to tweet really, really crazy things about race and how it plays into this tragedy.
